1.Before operating the marine crane: run it with no load and check if all parts of the equipment are normal. Clamp the soft and soft rope in the appropriate position, and tighten the middle rope. Carefully inspect the hooks, wire ropes, and devices on the equipment. If there are any hidden dangers, they should be cleaned up in a timely manner before operation.
2. During the operation of a marine crane: During a cargo lifting operation, a pre lifting test must be conducted first to confirm before proceeding with normal operation. In addition, the operator must also remember the "ten no lifting" principle for lifting operations and strictly regulate ship lifting operations. Overloading work is prohibited. Special tools should be used for lifting and leveling machinery, and protective measures should be taken.
Without permission, the use of suspension rods (double suspension rods) is not allowed. Hanging hooks on the front and running offline are prohibited from riding high-speed trains. The interior of the ship cannot tilt more than 3 degrees. Before moving the crane, the belt conveyor should be loaded with coal and stopped before moving to check if the control line of the door box is damaged. If any damage is found to the marine crane, the electrician should be notified immediately. Failure to handle it is not allowed.
3. After operation: Turn to the elevated belt conveyor first, and then remove the coal bag. For marine cranes used for lifting operations, pay attention to the large crane. Position the controller and cut off the power. In addition, the operator of the marine crane should perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the crane to prepare for the next shift. Quickly cut off the power supply and place the cable reel of the switch box in the designated position.
