This product is an independently developed export-grade, stationary, high-efficiency loading and unloading machine from our company. It has obtained EU CE certification and French BV certification. This model is designed for use in fixed locations and is equipped with a 37KW or higher motor and a 50 or 60 pump station. It boasts powerful performance and efficient loading and unloading capabilities. This machine can be equipped with various models of clamps from Mannick Machinery. It is easy to learn and operate, with smooth, jam-free operation, making it ideal for loading and unloading materials such as plastics, scrap steel, shredded materials, ton bags, and briquettes. Ø Overall architecture：

Ø The main structure is a two-section folding boom type, with the main boom using a dual-cylinder luffing mechanism, providing a wider fulcrum, greater lifting torque, and the ability to freely adjust the luffing angle under load.

Ø 1. Equipped with a Nachi internal gear slewing bearing, offering greater torque; the planetary slewing reducer provides smooth and fast speed, is impact-resistant and durable, and prevents vibration.

Ø 3. Utilizes a Rexroth high-pressure oil pump; an 80L/min large-displacement pump system improves operating efficiency and allows for synchronous operation.

Ø 6. Intelligent temperature-controlled hydraulic radiator with adaptive temperature start/stop effectively controls hydraulic oil temperature, increasing continuous operation capability.

Ø 7. Standard configuration includes a 150L hydraulic oil tank. The enlarged tank provides better heat dissipation and is equipped with a high-pressure filter to enhance the filtration effect of the hydraulic oil.
