1. External surface treatment of marine crane
Due to the long-term use of marine cranes in humid salt spray environments, the requirements for surface anti-corrosion treatment are stricter than other types of cranes.
2. Shafts are chrome plated
Three layers of paint are sprayed on the outer surface of the structural parts: epoxy zinc-rich primer, cloud iron middle paint, and polyurethane acrylic topcoat. After the entire machine is debugged, the polyurethane acrylic topcoat is sprayed, and the factory film thickness reaches 210-280um.
Due to the limitation of production and processing conditions, the galvanizing of structural parts can not reach the expected goal, so instead of anti-corrosion treatment by galvanizing method, spraying process is used.
